Services During Lent

We will have a series of mid-week services during Lent. Each service begins at 6 pm and is followed by our Lenten Series, a video and discussion. A light soup supper will be served. The schedule of services is:

  • March 8 at 6 pm—Holy Eucharist
  • March 15 at 6 pm—Stations of the Cross
  • March 22 at 6 pm—Holy Eucharist
  • March 29 at 6 pm—Stations of the Cross
  • April 5 at 6 pm—Holy Eucharist

Lenten Series program
After each service, we will watch and discuss an episode of The Story of God with Morgan Freeman. This National Geographic program documents Morgan Freeman’s journey to discover how our beliefs connect us all. Today, for better or worse, the power of religion touches all of our lives, no matter what our faith. This is the quest of our generation: to find how most religions perceive life after death, what different civilizations thought about the act of creation, and other big questions that mankind has continuously asked.
